About Me

Hi! Im Katie and I am a researcher by trade and a designer by passion. In my past lives I've done many interesting things including:

Researching video game addiction
Running clinical trials looking to improve lives of people with rare forms of bone cancer
Designing overly elaborate cakes and cupcakes (You can check out some of my creations here)

What sets me apart from other designers is that I come from a research background. I solve problems by gathering data directly from people and forming ideas and conclusions that directly reflect the needs of the users. I'm fueled by curiosity and a desire to learn and grow. I ask a lot of questions and when I get involved in something, I go all in!
